Returns & Refund Policy.

At Girl and the Flower, we take great care in crafting each bouquet with the freshest blooms and the highest attention to detail. If, under exceptional circumstances, you are unsatisfied with your bouquet, please contact us at hello@girlandtheflower.net within 2 days of receiving your order.

If the issue is due to substandard or incorrect flowers, photographic evidence will be required to assess the claim. If approved, we will work towards a resolution, which may include a refund. Please note that any refund issued may take approximately 7 working days to process.

Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, we do not accept returns or cancellations once an order has been placed. All sales are final.

Additionally, as flowers are seasonal and delicate, some varieties may have a naturally shorter lifespan. While we strive to provide the freshest arrangements, natural variations in longevity are expected.
